A Day out with Thomas

Thomas the Tank is in town and today we got all dressed in our Thomas t-shirt and our new train conductor hat . Bryan took off a couple hours and went with us. It was a nice day, weather was great and there were not a lot of people. We played with all the train sets, fed the goats amd rode the little train, we will wait until next year to ride the actual Thomas train.

Whats on the other side of that gate?????

THE STAIRS!!! So I go to the bathroom today and I come out to find this. He had pulled his Lightening McQueen car in front of the gate and was in the process of climbing over it. What am I going to do with him?

Haircut #3

I could not take it anymore. We had to go get a haircut today. We went to a place that my friend Monica recommended. It was cute they had different chairs that the kids could sit in, a horse, a jeep and a tugboat. Christopher chose the jeep. I was a little worried b/c there was a little boy before us that was SCREAMING his head off and I was so scared that Christopher might get some ideas, but he didn't. He did good except for the moving around. After our haircut we headed to Krystal to get my little man a few Krystals.

Baseball Boy

Saturday, my nephew had a double header so we headed to the ball park. Christopher did so good. He had fun playing with a few little boys and running around the ball park. He waved to every car that drove by or every person that walked by. My sister Jennie took him for a walk to get him to go to sleep and he fell asleep with his hat on and a graham cracker in his hand. He has always loved playing with hats and he has actually started wearing his out in public. He likes to take all the hats and stack them on my dads head. It is a nonstop game for those 2.

Hanging with the Carters

Christopher and I had to head to Mobile for a funeral last week and Julie and Carter kept Christopher for me while I went to the funeral and helped get the food ready for the family. They had a good time going to Krystal, Toys R Us and back to Julie's house to play. Here are some pics of Carter and Christopher.

HAPPY ST PATRICKS DY

We had a playgroup at our house today for St Patricks Day. Everyone had their green on so no one got pinched. Christopher had his first green rice krispy treat and I really think he liked it. Briana came over with Baby Benjamin. Christopher tried to pull his hair a few times but Ben fought back.

Outside Snack

On Wednesday Bryan had a shed that he got from a friend brought to our house on a big tow truck. Christopher and I were set for the afternoon waiting to watch the excitement. We went out of the back deck that is now all nice and clean (thanks to me powerwashing it this week) and had a snack of goldfish and popcorn. I took a few of his toys out there in case he got bored watching the shed. That did not happen. He played with the toys until the tow truck got here and that was all. He is nosey just like some other people in this family. I guess he gets it honest.

Fun Go Holler

We headed to the park today to take advantage of the beautiful weather. It was so pretty, we took a picnic and met some friends and had a great time.

DADDY

Yesterday I was in the kitchen getting dinner ready and I heard Christopher kept saying Daddy. I thought Bryan was on the deck and that he was just saying hey to him. Then I heard the door know turning and this is what I found.

Here is also a picture of Christopher with Bryans hat on. He does not like hats on his head or anyone elses for that matter. The first thing he does when Bryan gets home is take his hat off.

Does this mean I am allergic to peanut butter???

I gave Christopher peanut butter again yesterday and it was worse. He ate about 2 bites of his sandwich and started throwing it on the floor (his sign for I AM DONE) His face started getting red and he started scratching his nexk and hand. I gave him some Benadryl and a bath and he was fine, but I guess we will lay off the peanut butter.

A few more snow pics

Well I am so sad the snow is starting to melt already. I took Christopher out for a few minutes this afternoon, I mean he could care less but I wanted to play some more. :) Bryan ended up brinnging him inside so I could build a snowman with the snow on our deck. What do you think?

SNOW SNOW SNOW

Bryan was right, we woke up this morning to snow all over the place. It is so pretty. Thank goodness Christopher woke up at 7:30 and we bundled him up and headed out to play. He was having NONE of it. He cried the whole time we were out there and only wanted to be held by Bryan. We came in for a whle and I could not take it anymore so we bundled up again and headed out. He was much better this time and seemed to enjoy playing in it. He ate some of it and laughed and played on the stairs and walked through it. So cute. He went down for a much needed nap and and I went to the neighbors house and had a snowball fight with Bryan but he would not take off his helmet and then I had a REAL snowball fight with the neighbor. They say it is done snowing but I am sure we will get back out in it later this afternoon. I measured the snow on the back porch and it is 2 1/2 inches.
